THIS is the ONLY single OFF of "SSFM*", and it was actually INTENDED for this same album wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy back in 1990 (along with the Title Track). This song was issued as a full-length Cassette-Single THEN, but the album couldn't 'materialize'. So, "Alladin's Groove" only remained a single.

Actually, this studio version is the SECOND version: The first version was a LIVE, in-the-basement recording, with ME on Casio and Vocals(!), Terry Chisley (an school friend) on Drums, and Patrick Wise (Patrick and Terry were in Total Groove Connection at the time) on Roto-Toms. Recorded in One Take, on a boom-box (!), it's 5 minutes of madness (and probably, what I really would've sounded like if I had a true band).

Just a crazy (then)21-year-old kid at the time of THAT recording; a more mature 26-year-old at the time of THIS version (and, it shows!).
